What’s your return policy?

Faulty Items: If you receive a faulty item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund upon receiving and confirming the fault. For LIFX products, we may direct you to LIFX support for initial troubleshooting. C

When will I get my refund?
