Faulty Items: If you receive a faulty item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund upon receiving and confirming the fault. For LIFX products, we may direct you to LIFX support for initial troubleshooting.
Change of Mind Returns: For 'change of mind' returns, we offer store credit for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. A $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from the store credit amount. Please contact us to initiate the return process.
Opened/Used Items: Products that have been opened, installed, or used are generally not eligible for a change-of-mind return.
