For approved refunds (either a monetary refund or store credit), we process them promptly once the returned item is received and inspected by our warehouse. Please allow up to 10-14 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method, as processing times can vary between banks and credit card companies. For store credit, it's typically available much faster once processed.
