Once an order is placed, it's processed almost immediately by our automated 3PL (third-party logistics) warehouse system. Due to this rapid processing, we have very limited ability to cancel or amend orders once they've been submitted. If you need to cancel, please contact us ASAP, but in most cases, you would need to return the item once you receive it. For such returns, a $10 return shipping fee will apply, which will be deducted from your store credit. Please refer to our return policy for more details.
